The
"Alacalufes Route" is a special cruise made by Skorpios
to move the ship from Puerto Natales to Puerto Montt. The
only sailing is on March 22nd, 2012. On this
cruise you will visit both the North and South Patagonian
Icefield with the glaciers Amalia, El Brujo, Pío XI
y Témpano, sailing through fjords and channels, visit
the remote fishing village Puerto Eden, the city of Castro
on Chiloé Island and enjoy the hotsprings at Termas
de Quitralco. |

JUEVES
22 DE MARZO 2012
Zarpe desde Puerto Natales, entre las 11:00 y 12:00 hrs. Navegación
por los canales patagónicos, cruce de la Angostura
Kirke, recalando en Seno Taraba alrededor de las 18:00 hrs.
Excursiones en bote si las condiciones lo permiten. 21:00
hrs. Zarpe por canales Morla Vicuña, Unión,
Collingwood y Sarmiento.
VIERNES 23 DE MARZO 2012
08:30 hrs. Llegada al Glaciar Amalia. Vista panorámica
del lugar. 09:30 hrs. Zarpe y navegación por Fiordo
Peel para ingresar al Fiordo Asia, llegando al Glaciar El
Brujo a las 11:30 hrs. Desembarco y visita del lugar. 13:00
hrs. Zarpe al norte por Canal Pitt, Canal Wide, ingresando
al Fiordo Eyre para llegar a medianoche y fondear frente al
Glaciar Pío XI.
SABADO 24 DE MARZO 2012
08:00 hrs. Vista panorámica del Glaciar Pío
XI. La nave pasará frente a este coloso de hielo, el
glaciar más grande de Sudamérica. Zarparemos
aproximadamente a las 11:00 hrs navegando por Seno Eyre, Canal
Grappler y Paso del Indio, llegando a Puerto Edén a
las 15:00 hrs. Desembarco y visita de esta aldea de pescadores
ubicada en la isla Wellington, cuna de la etnia Kaweskar o
Alacalufes. 16:30 hrs. Zarpe y navegación hacia el
norte para cruzar la Angostura Inglesa a las 17.30 hrs aproximadamente.
A las 20:00 hrs ingresaremos al Fiordo Iceberg para llegar
al Glaciar Témpano, vista panorámica del lugar.
Zarpe hacia el norte a las 21:30 hrs.
DOMINGO 25 DE MARZO 2012
Navegación
por el Golfo de Penas y canales de acceso al Fiordo de Quitralco.
LUNES 26 DE MARZO 2012
Recalada en Termas de Quitralco a las 01:00 hrs aproximadamente.
Atracamos al muelle. Baños termales y paseos en bote
por las aguas interiores del Fiordo. Almuerzo asado Patagón.
17:00 hrs. Zarpe rumbo a Chiloé.
MARTES 27 DE MARZO 2012
14:00 hrs. Llegada a la ciudad de Castro. Desembarco y visita
del lugar. Zarpe de Castro a las 19:00 hrs. A las 21:00 hrs.
Cena final de despedida.
MIERCOLES 28 DE MARZO 2012
08:00 hrs. Llegada a Puerto Montt. Desayuno y desembarco.
Fin del Crucero.
